Goji Berry Overnight Oats with Cacao Nibs
Warm up your winter mornings with these delicious overnight oats, infused with the rich flavors of cacao and sweetened with goji berries. This wholesome breakfast is packed with nutrients and can be prepared in advance for busy mornings!


Ingredients:
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 4 cups almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 2 tablespoons cacao nibs
- 2 tablespoons chicory root syrup (or adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, almond milk, goji berries, cacao nibs, chicory root syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Refrigerate Overnight
Cover the bowl and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours).
Serve!
In the morning, stir the oats and add more almond milk if desired for a creamier consistency. Top with additional goji berries and cacao nibs before serving.
