These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) which will apply to your purchase of food supplements and other goods (“Goods”) from our website at www.nuanaturals.com (the “Website”) These Terms form the basis of a legally binding contract between Nua Naturals and you. Please read the Terms carefully before accepting them and buying anything from the Website. We reserve the right to change the Terms under which the Website and the Goods are provided. Any such change will be effective to all new orders once included in the text of these Terms and published on the website. You should check the Terms posted on this Website periodically to ensure that you are aware of and comply with the current version.

1. Information about the Website and the Goods

The Website and the information on it, has been produced with the best interests of customers in mind. However, the information contained on our Website and product pages may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors, for which we accept no liability. We will try and make sure that all information on the Website including description of the Goods and listed prices are accurate and correct at all times. However, mistakes do happen. We will try to resolve all information errors on the Website as soon as reasonably possible and if we reasonably think that such an error has affected your purchase of Goods we will try to let you know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any error on the Website.

Separate notices and disclaimers apply to your use of the Website. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the notices and disclaimers that are set out elsewhere on the Website.

2. Health Information

The information on the Website should be used for guideline purposes only and should not be considered as medical advice or used to self-diagnose. We do not recommend the use of vitamin and food supplements, herbal products or any products purchased from Nua Naturals in place of qualified medical advice. We recommend checking with your medical practitioner before taking any of our products, especially when taking prescription or other long-term medication. The products on the Website are not intended for purchase to cure or treat or prevent any ailment or illness and results are not guaranteed for any weight management products. Care should be taken when treating children, during pregnancy, or any ongoing disease or illness and we recommend you seek the advice of a qualified healthcare professional. Your use of any information or materials on the Website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through the Website meet your specific requirements. It is important that you read and understand the label/packaging of any product you purchase from Nua Naturals before consumption or use. The onus is on you to ensure you are satisfied to consume the purchased product.

3. Placing Orders Online

3.1 Buying Goods

Orders can be made online at times that are convenient to you. However please note that orders will only be processed during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Nua Naturals reserves the right to refuse to sell or supply goods to any person or company for any reason.

You make an offer to purchase product(s) from Nua Naturals (your “Order”) by completing the ordering process on the Website. Your Order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods and does not form a binding contract until accepted by Nua Naturals. On receipt of your Order we will send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provided during the ordering process.

When payment for goods and delivery charges if any, have been processed we will send a confirmation order dispatch email and the sending of that email makes the contract between Nua Naturals and you. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the order dispatch email. You will not be charged for a product that is not available. An order is accepted by Nua Naturals only when payment in full to include delivery charges has been processed and received and the Goods have been dispatched.

3.2 Promotions and Discounts 

Online offers and promotions are generally not available in our retail partner stores unless otherwise indicated. Retail partner store offers and promotions are not generally available online unless otherwise indicated. Discounted products cannot be further discounted by using a discount promotion or code or otherwise.

3.3 Payment and Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges if applicable are not included. If you are purchasing with a non-euro credit card the exchange rate shown on your statement is set by your card provider and not by Nua Naturals. Nua Naturals reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to withdraw from sale any products advertised online at any stage without prior notification.

3.4 Credit Card Security

All transactions are processed by Realex Payments. Click here for more information. All transactions are highly encrypted and your card details are never passed on to Nourish or any other party.

3.5 Account

You are responsible for ensuring that your login, password and all other details in relation to your account are correct and remain confidential at all times.

4. Shipping Information

If your order value is €30 or more, then postage is free to any destination in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland (subject to a max weight of 8kg). Order values for less than €30 will incur a fee of €6.50. We use a courier company for all deliveries and a signature will be required on delivery.

We will dispatch your order within 2-4 working days of receipt of your order, once the item is in stock. Deliveries within Ireland are mostly delivered next-day after dispatch though please allow up to two days after you receive your email dispatch notification.

In the unlikely event that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you and let you know the expected delivery date. If you decide not to persist with your order, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. Feel free to query your order at any stage at info@nuanaturals.com

5. Cancelling Orders & Returns

At Nua Naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we’re here to help.

Returns: You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return any items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
Damaged or Faulty Items: If you received an item that was damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately on +353 26 657 50 or info@nuanaturals.com us with the batch number and/or best before date (where applicable) so we can investigate further.
We will arrange for the return shipping and offer you a full refund or replacement, including shipping costs.
Return Shipping: For returns that are not due to damaged or faulty items, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is safely returned to us. Exchanges: At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, we recommend returning the original item (if it meets our return criteria) and placing a new order.
