Goji Berry and Hemp Seed Salad Wraps
These fresh and vibrant salad wraps are perfect for a light lunch or dinner. Packed with nutrients from hemp seeds and goji berries, they are a fun way to enjoy a healthy meal!


Ingredients:
- 4 large lettuce leaves (or your choice of wrap)
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/2 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup hemp seeds
- 1 cup mixed salad greens
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the Filling
In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, goji berries, hemp seeds, salad greens, cucumber, carrot, and avocado. Drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.
Assemble Wraps
Lay out the lettuce leaves and spoon the filling onto each leaf.
