Organic wheatgrass powder is milled from the whole young leaf, harvested before the plant forms grain, so the fibre stays in the powder. Juicing removes it. Per 100g the panel gives 53g of fibre and 19g of protein.
It is also shelf stable, which fresh wheatgrass juice is not. A tub keeps in the cupboard and is ready when you want it, with no juicer to clean and nothing racing to be used up.
