Vegan Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp NUA Naturals Vanilla Rice Protein Powder
- 60g gluten-free flour
- 1 tbsp NUA Naturals Coconut sugar
- 60ml Nut Milk
- 3 tbsp NUA Naturals Cacao Powder
- ½ tbsp baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
Instructions
- Combine the flour, sugar, Cacao Powder, baking powder, and salt and mix together .
- Then add the nut milk, coconut oil, and vanilla essence. Whisk slowly until smooth.
- Melt some coconut oil on a frying pan over medium-high heat and pour out your mixture.
- Cook each side, until they are browned.
- Enjoy!
