Vegan Berry Protein Smoothie


  • 100g Fresh or Frozen Berries
  • 1tbsp Flaxseed
  • Little piece of ginger
  • Handful of Cashew Nuts
  • 20g Protein Vegan Shake –  Berry 
  • 1 Glass of Water (add a little ice if using fresh berries)


  • Place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth.
  • Enjoy this delicious vegan, plant based berry protein shake.  Ideal for a healthy breakfast or post workout.
