Vegan Berry Protein Smoothie
- 100g Fresh or Frozen Berries
- 1tbsp Flaxseed
- Little piece of ginger
- Handful of Cashew Nuts
- 20g Protein Vegan Shake – Berry
- 1 Glass of Water (add a little ice if using fresh berries)
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth.
- Enjoy this delicious vegan, plant based berry protein shake. Ideal for a healthy breakfast or post workout.
