Gluten free Reindeer Cookies
Ingredients
125g butter at room temperature
80g NUA Naturals Coconut Palm sugar
1 large egg
100 g ground hazelnuts
200g NUA Naturals Coconut flour
Decorate with
Melted dark chocolate
M&M’s
Instructions
- With an electric mixer combine the butter and sugar until smooth. Add an egg and mix for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the ground hazelnuts and flour until mixture turns into a smooth dough.
- Wrap the dough in cling film and let it set in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Roll out to 5mm thickness, cut into circles , bake cookies for 6-8 mins until golden brown.
- Decorate with chocolate and red M&Ms.
