Vegan Protein Cookies



  • Mash up banana add the vanilla, sugar, nut butter and milk.
  • In a separate bowl mix porridge oats, protein, cacao powder and baking powder.
  • Add both mixtures together and add chocolate chips. You will end up with a very thick mixture.
  • Roll mixture into medium size balls and flatten slightly. This mix will make 9 cookies.
  • Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake for 8-9 min on 180℃.
