Vegan Protein Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 1/3 cup NUA Naturals coconut palm sugar
- 1/2 cup nut butter
- 1/3 cup plant based milk (I used oat)
- 60g NUA Naturals Vegan Protein Porridge (Chocolate)
- 400g NUA Naturals vanilla rice protein powder
- 1/4 cup NUA Naturals cacao powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30g chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mash up banana add the vanilla, sugar, nut butter and milk.
- In a separate bowl mix porridge oats, protein, cacao powder and baking powder.
- Add both mixtures together and add chocolate chips. You will end up with a very thick mixture.
- Roll mixture into medium size balls and flatten slightly. This mix will make 9 cookies.
- Place the cookies on a baking tray and bake for 8-9 min on 180℃.
