Savoury Protein Cheese Biscuit
- 100g flour
- 20g NUA Naturals pea protein
- 100g low fat cheese
- 80g butter room temperature
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp water
- Place all the ingredients into a bowl and combine mixture into a dough with your finger tips .
- Take a small piece of dough and roll it out with your hands approximately 6cm long.
- Shape it into a half moon and place it on the baking tray lined with paper.
- Bake for 12 min.
