To make the brownies, using a double boiler, melt 50g cacao butter
Once melted, transfer to a food processor with the remain brownie ingredients and blend until a dough forms.( you may need a few drops of water)
Roll out the brownie dough until it’s about 1/2 thick and cut into square.
Place brownies on a lined baking tray and pop them into the freezer.
To make the frosting, melt 50g of cacao butter using the same method as above.
Once melted, add the remaining frosting ingredients and whisk until you have a rich, smooth chocolate icing.
Remove the brownies from the freezer, drizzle generously with the chocolate frosting and place back into the freezer for 1-2 hours.
Before serving dust with cacao powder!
