Raspberry and Coconut Protein Balls

Ingredients

Topping
  • 20g dark chocolate
  • 1tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or in the food processor.
  • Roll mixture into balls ( should make 8-9 balls)
  • Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil and drizzle over the balls.
  • Set aside or place it into the fridge for at least 2 hours.

Raspberry and Coconut Protein balls are a great on the go healthy snack.
