Raspberry and Coconut Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 120g raspberries (fresh or frozen-thought out)
- 100g shredded coconut
- 20g NUA Naturals vanilla rice protein
- 2tbsp NUA Naturals chia seeds
- 2tbsp maple syrup
Topping
- 20g dark chocolate
- 1tsp coconut oil
Instructions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl or in the food processor.

Roll mixture into balls ( should make 8-9 balls)

Melt the dark chocolate and coconut oil and drizzle over the balls.

Set aside or place it into the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Raspberry and Coconut Protein balls are a great on the go healthy snack.
