Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk of your choice
- 1 egg
- 20g NUA Naturals vanilla rice protein powder
- 100g oats
- 1tsp baking powder

Oil for cookingToppings:Berries and maple syrup.
Instructions
- Blitz all the ingredients in the blender and set aside for 10min to rest or start cooking straight away.
- Set the frying pan on a medium heat and spray some oil onto the pan.
- When hot, cook your pancakes for about 1 minute on each side or until golden.
- Serve with some berries and maple syrup.
Ideal Protein pancake recipe for pancake Tuesday or for breakfast.
