  • Blitz all the ingredients in the blender and set aside for 10min to rest or start cooking straight away.
  • Set the frying pan on a medium heat and spray some oil onto the pan.
  • When hot, cook your pancakes for about 1 minute on each side or until golden.
  • Serve with some berries and maple syrup.
Ideal Protein pancake recipe for pancake Tuesday or for breakfast.
