- 240ml Hemp milk
- 1 banana
- 2 tbsp Nut butter (almond, cashew etc.)
- 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Hemp Protein Powder
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp NUA Naturals Chia seeds
