Crunchy Protein Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup cranberries (soaked 20 min) (keep some water)
- 1/2 cup buckwheat
- 1/2 cup pumkin seeds
- 1/3 cup NUA Naturals vanilla rice protein
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 TSP NUA Naturals Cacao Powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients into the food processor and blitz it until forms crumbly consistency.
- Mixture has to be wet enough to stick together, add some cranberry water if it’s too dry or more buckwheat if it’s too wet.
- Roll it into the balls and leave it to set for 2 hours
Enjoy the crunchy protein balls with the cup of tea or coffee. Great as on the go snack.
