Crunchy Protein Balls



  • Add all the ingredients into the food processor and blitz it until forms crumbly consistency.
  • Mixture has to be wet enough to stick together, add some cranberry water if it’s too dry or more buckwheat if it’s too wet.
  • Roll it into the balls and leave it to set for 2 hours
Enjoy the crunchy protein balls with the cup of tea or coffee. Great as on the go snack.
