Crispy Falafels
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup dry chickpeas (soaked over night)
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 copped onion
- bunch of fresh coriander
- bunch of fresh parsley
- 30g NUA Naturals pea protein
- 2 tsp flake salt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 20g NUA Naturals Hemp seeds
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven 180
- Pop everything in the food processor. Blitz it all together until slightly crumby, but sticky dough consistency.
- Roll it into medium size balls and slightly flatten on the greased paper.
Bake 23-25 min ( until slightly golden)These delicious crispy falafels with are ideal served with salad or serve as a wrap with pitta bread.
