Crispy Falafels


  • 1 1/2 cup dry chickpeas (soaked over night)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 copped onion
  • bunch of fresh coriander
  •  bunch of fresh parsley
  • 30g NUA Naturals pea protein 
  • 2 tsp flake salt
  • 2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 20g NUA Naturals Hemp seeds


  • Pre-heat oven 180
  • Pop everything in the food processor. Blitz it all together until slightly crumby, but sticky dough consistency.
  • Roll it into medium size balls and slightly flatten on the greased paper.
    Bake 23-25 min ( until slightly golden)These delicious crispy falafels with are ideal served with salad or serve as a wrap with pitta bread.
