Carrot Energy Balls


  • 100 g pecans or walnuts
  • 100 g finely grated carrots 
  • 12 monjolo dates soaked
  • Fresh grated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 
  • Pinch of salt
  • 40g vanilla NUA Naturals rice protein powder 
  • 40g NUA Naturals coconut flour 
  • 40g raisins 


  • 20g desiccated coconut


Add all the ingredients except the raisins in the blender and blitz until combined. Mix in the raisins and roll the mixture into balls and cover it with the desiccated coconut.


Carrot Energy balls are an ideal healthy afternoon snack and no baking required!
