Cacao & Coconut Energy Balls
Ingredients
- 125g NUA Naturals Cacao Powder
- 1 ripe Banana
- 1 tbsp. NUA Naturals Spirulina Powder
- 6 Medjool dates, pitted (soak for 30 minutes)
- 30g NUA Naturals Hemp Seeds
- 30g NUA Naturals Goji Berries (soak for 30 minutes)
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Essence
- Desiccated Coconut for rolling
Instructions
- Soak the dates and Goji Berries separately and drain after 30 minutes.
- Put all ingredients (except the coconut) into a food processor and blend until it is a dough-like consistency.
- If the mix is too wet, add more Cacao Powder. If too dry, add more banana.
- Form into balls and roll them in shredded coconut
- These will keep in the fridge for a couple weeks – you may also freeze them!
