Cacao & Coconut Energy Balls



  1. Soak the dates and Goji Berries separately and drain after 30 minutes.
  2. Put all ingredients (except the coconut) into a food processor and blend until it is a dough-like consistency.
  3. If the mix is too wet, add more Cacao Powder. If too dry, add more banana.
  4. Form into balls and roll them in shredded coconut
  5. These will keep in the fridge for a couple weeks – you may also freeze them!
