(Makes approx. 10 Flapjacks)


  1. Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
  2. Melt the Coconut Oil and Peanut Butter and mix it into the dry ingredients
  3. Add Maple Syrup and stir
  4. Pat it into a baking tray and put it in the over for 20 minutes
  5. Pour the melted dark chocolate over the base and sprinkle with Bee Pollen
  6. Freeze for approximately half an hour
  7. Enjoy!
