Bee Pollen Peanut Butter Flapjacks
Ingredients
- 200g Porridge Oats
- 1 Tbsps NUA Naturals Cacao Powder
- 2 Tbsps NUA Naturals Cacao Nibs
- 2 Tbsps NUA Naturals Chia Seeds
- 1-2 Tbsps NUA Naturals Bee Pollen
- 2 Tbsps NUA Naturals Goji Berries
- 2 Tbsps Coconut Oil
- 2 Tbsps Peanut Butter (Nut Butter of your choice)
- 2 Tbsps Maple Syrup
- 85% Dark Chocolate (Or you can make your own raw chocolate)
(Makes approx. 10 Flapjacks)
Instructions
- Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl
- Melt the Coconut Oil and Peanut Butter and mix it into the dry ingredients
- Add Maple Syrup and stir
- Pat it into a baking tray and put it in the over for 20 minutes
- Pour the melted dark chocolate over the base and sprinkle with Bee Pollen
- Freeze for approximately half an hour
- Enjoy!
