Baked Chocolate & Raspberry Protein Oats
- 50g oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp of maple syrup (or honey for Non Vegans)
- 1 tsp NUA Naturals Cacao Powder
- 1/2 tbsp of baking powder
- 1 Heaped Tbsp of NUA Naturals Chocolate Vegan Protein Shake
- 1 tbsp of soaked flaxseed (or egg for non vegans)
- Small Pinch of salt
- Vegan Chocolate chips or NUA Naturals Cacao Nibs and Raspberries
- Blend the Oats, banana, maple syrup, flaxseed, cacao powder, Vegan protein shake and baking powder together.
- Place the mixture in a small oven proof dish.
- Bake in the oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
- Top with Raspberries and chocolate chips or Cacao Nibs.
