• For that perfect mug of luxurious hot chocolate.
• Mix 3 heaped teaspoons of our elixir with 2 spoons of warm water into a smooth paste.
• Slowly add in your favourite hot milk and stir well (We love to use organic almond or rice milk)
• Using a milk frother, whisk for 1 minute for a velvety smooth texture

2-3 heaped tsp. daily

As with all natural foods, it is best to start small and work up to the recommended daily dosage.
